PURPOSE
  • 1.  Loan can be availed by individuals for personal use:
  • 2.  Purchase of New 4-Wheel Purchase of Old 4-Wheeler, not older than 3 years
  • 3.  Loan can also be availed by Companies / Firms for professional use i.e. purchase of vehicle for usage by their Directors / employees.
VEHICLE LOAN ELIGIBILITY
  • 1.  Resident Indian citizen and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs).
  • 2.  Minimum age – 18 years and maximum age – 75 years.
  • 3.  Individuals may apply singly or jointly with other eligible individuals.
  • 4.  Maximum applicants to be restricted to 3 (Main applicant + maximum 2 co-applicants).
  • 5.  Companies / Firms for purchase of vehicle for usage by their Directors/employees.
QUANTUM OF LOAN
  • 1.  Minimum – No ceiling
  • 2.  Maximum – as under:
    • New 4-wheeler – No ceiling
    • Old 4-wheelers (not older than 3 years) – Rs.20 Lakh

Processing charges:
·        Flat Rs.1000 Plus GST for four wheeler
PREPAYMENT PENALTY         There is NO prepayment penalty if loan adjusted from own verifiable source.
SECURITY ·        Hypothecation of vehicle purchased out of Bank’s finance ·        Bank’s lien to be noted with the Road Transport authorities
GUARANTEE ·        In case of individual: No guarantee required. However, 3rd party guarantee of person having means equivalent to the loan amount, to be obtained, only if the credit bureau score of the applicant/co-applicant is less than 700. ·        In case of NRI, third party guarantee of one/two local Resident Indian, acceptable to the bank,and having means equivalent to the loan amount, to be obtained. ·        In case of companies guarantee of the promoter/director is required. ·        In case of partnership firm, guarantee of all the partners is required.
