This Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") is entered into voluntarily between the above-mentioned parties. Both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein. This agreement governs the provision of advisory services under the selected membership plan.
Terms & Conditions
Nature of Service
Service provider shall provide advisory services including legal guidance, financial planning, business strategy, loan facilitation support, and business protection advisory as per the selected membership plan.
Scope & Limitation
The service provider shall not represent the client as a lawyer, Chartered Accountant, or any licensed professional. All services provided are purely of advisory and guidance nature. Legal representation is not included.
Fees & Payment Terms
The client agrees to pay the membership fee as per the selected plan, in advance on a monthly basis. Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension of services without prior notice.
Liability Disclaimer
The service provider shall not be held liable for any legal outcome, financial loss, or business decision made by the client based on the advisory provided. All decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client.
Confidentiality
All information shared by the client shall be kept strictly confidential by the service provider and shall not be disclosed to any third party without explicit written consent of the client, except where required by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice of 15 days. Upon termination, no refund shall be issued for the current billing month. All outstanding dues must be cleared before termination takes effect.
